Heart2heartgifts.in is a website owned by Ekta Aggarwal who is providing a huge range of Handmade & Personalise products all over India and Worldwide also.

1. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order. After verifying your contact details, we will process your order, or otherwise refund will get initiated.
2. All your personal data like images, messages, or anything else will be kept highly confidential and gets deleted post completion of your order. Without your permission, it will not be posted on the website or any social media handle.
3. As we deal in handmade and personalize products, there could be a slight difference in the product because of the availability of raw material. We do the best to make the best for you.
4. We reserve the right to change the price of the product. We can add or remove the product availability.
5. Kindly send us the pictures by email or WhatsApp within 4-5 hours after placing your order. Otherwise, the product will be dispatched leaving the space of photographs blank.
6. We don’t provide a COD option.
   Because we design and personalize our product by adding name and pictures on it. So, it will be of no use if the customer rejects the product at the time of delivery.
7. If the product gets damaged in transit, you have to make a parcel opening video (it’s mandatory) while opening the parcel and send it to us at the earliest. If the concern is genuine, we will send a new product in the next 3 business working days.
8. In the event that the delivery address/phone number given by you is incorrect, the phone number provided by you is not reachable or switched off / nobody is available at the delivery address to collect the parcel, heart2heartgifts.in is not responsible in case of RTO and shipping charges will be applied if you want the delivery to be re-attempted.
9. We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Heart2heartgifts is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control us. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
